Welcome to our website and thank you for showing an interest in Empingham C of E Primary School.
Our school is a friendly and welcoming school, with a true family atmosphere, in which pupils are cared for by a dedicated and very approachable staff. The staff, governors and pupils alike enjoy what they do and do it very well.
The school is set in rural Rutland, some four miles from Oakham and our modern facilities include:
A large grass play area with two large playgrounds
Wooden Activity Trail play equipment
Foundation Stage outdooor covered area
A mobile computer suite with networked laptop computers
Interactive whiteboards in all classrooms
access to greater enrichment and extra curricular opportunities across two sites
A newly refurbished library for use by children, parents and friends of the school
An independent Pre-School on the premises
